What Can You Expect to Hear?
You’ll hear many musical styles performed with passion and excellence. Our choirs and bands will inspire your heart with beloved songs from the old days and new music from the cutting edge. You’ll sing hymns that have been sung for centuries, worship songs we’ve written, and songs you hear on the radio; all with the goal of helping people just like you encounter Jesus.
How Can I Get Involved?
There are many opportunities for singers and musicians from age 2 to adulthood to praise and worship God through music. Beginners are welcome, as are experienced musicians.
Choirs, ensembles, bands, and soloists participate in our three Sanctuary worship services as well as in The Gathering, our youth worship service, and Kids Worship, our service for children in grades K-5. All are welcome!
Adult choirs provide music on the second and fourth Sunday of each month (with seasonal exceptions). Choirs prepare anthems of various musical styles for worship services, concerts, and special events. The combined choirs present a major Christmas concert with orchestra every December.
There are no auditions or specified levels of experience required to be a part of the adult choirs at Middletown Christian Church. All are welcome to praise and worship God through singing!

The purpose of the praise band is to live out the love of Christ through music and worship, both at Middletown and around the city. The musicians are committed to serve sacrificially as a part of an infectious worshipping community, using our musical gifts to glorify God.
We are always looking for singers and musicians who want to join us in praising God with excellence.
